The initial assessment usually lasts up to 60 minutes, and follow-up sessions are typically 45 minutes, depending on your child’s needs.

Please ensure a quiet, safe, and suitable space is available for the session.

2. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged at the full session rate.

Exceptions may be made for illness or emergencies—please contact us as soon as possible.

3. Payment

Payment is due on the day of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash.

If you require a receipt for insurance purposes or reimbursement, please inform us at the time of your visit.

Any outstanding balances must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.

4. Consent

By attending appointments, you agree to receive treatment as recommended by our qualified physiotherapist.

We will always explain the nature and purpose of treatment beforehand. You have the right to ask questions, seek clarification, or decline any part of the treatment plan.

For children under 16, a parent or legal guardian must be present at all appointments.
